Aric Almirola worked his way to the front off a caution around the ¾ mark of the race, having done similar to start the race. Almirola took the lead from Cole Custer and Chandler Smith, who averaged running positions of 2.13 and 1.73, respectively. Almirola finished with an ARP of 6.95 — eighth best in the race. He did finish with the best GR-LR (although, mathematically, this should happen, as the leader is guaranteed a +1 by virtue of taking the lead) and the second-best cPOMS, which is a track-neutral average lap speed.

Almirola races part-time in the Xfinity series. This was his first win of the season in his seventh race. His 71% success rate is seventh-best among drivers with at least as many starts as he has, and he has the third-best average finish using the same criteria, behind only Custer and Austin Hill.

Driver Start Finish ARP PGAE GR-LR

Cole Custer 3 2 2.13 6.09 2.08

Connor Zilisch 4 4 6.79 6.42 1.35
Sheldon Creed 15 5 6.85 13.44 1.87
